Landscape Grading
If an improper grade is constructed, rain water can flow towards the foundations of your home or business and cause potentially serious water damage. It can also create boggy spots where growing grass and other plants could be problematic.
Drainage
One of the most common mistakes made when creating a new landscape is the failure to properly devise a drainage plan. Rainwater not only wets the property directly, but indirectly as well. Rain falling on the roof of a home generally collects in rain gutters and is directed to downspouts. The downspouts then send the water out to the lawn, road, driveway, etc.
Let Trees on the Move design the proper plan to direct water away from foundations to prevent flooding and interior wall damage.
